Woodwardia orientalis

(aka W. prolifera) Robust but slowish evergreen fern that eventually reaches 4’ tall arching out to 6’ across…a touch of the Jurassic for the woodland garden! Stunning copper infused fronds unfurl in spring giving birth later in the season to apricot hued baby plantlets on mature plants. Bright to moderate shade, consistent moisture, decent soil.
