Vancouveria hexandra 'Randy's Evergreen'

Unusually vigorous and more evergreen selection of this PNW native collected by Randy Raub in Portland, OR and introduced by Sundquist Nursery. Frilly green ground cover 6-8” tall, expands to 12” wide; grows in moist, shaded Doug Fir forest so enjoys cool spots in organic soil. Holds foliage well into low 20 degree temps. May to July airy sprays of delicate inside out white flowers. Resents hot dry summers (so do we).
