Striking upright perennial Sedum, 12-18" high and wide clumper – toothed leaves are deep green tinted with dark, sultry purple! Resembles Sedum spectabile, but leaves are longer and more narrow. Deep red-purple, terminal cymes of flowers late summer into fall give this plant a long and showy season! Full sun, most soils (decent drainage)..easy to grow…at home in the rock garden, in a wall niche or in a container. Winter deciduous. Long lived.
