Saxifraga stolonifera (Dark Form)

(Strawberry Geranium)  An evergreen, spreading perennial with round, gray-green fuzzy foliage with silver veins and maroon undersides. Clusters of white flowers bloom May - June. Grows 2”- 4” tall and 4”– 24” wide. Forms a mat/ground cover. Prefers moist, rich, well-drained soil and regular water. Dappled shade to shade. Humidity tolerant. Deer resistant. Thrives in woodland gardens, shady borders and containers. Mass plant for a nice groundcover. Also cute in humid, closed terrarium.
