Besides being a mouthful to say, this little Taro relationhas 6-7” velvety deep green leaves with very contrasty silver veining backed by a deep purple underside. A tropical looking, slow spreading, 12-16” tall ground cover happiest in part shade with well drained, humis rich soil that is constantly moist during warm months. Fragrant yellow spathe flowers in summer are almost an afterthought. Mulch for winter.
