Unusual deciduous subshrub from the Himalayas 12-18’’ tall and 24” wide with 4-6 weeks of lots of fragrant, light purple, flaring tubular flowers that face upward in late spring to early summer, then intermittent into fall. Nice as a low hedge, accent, rock garden and edging plant. Deer and critter resistant. Takes full sun with regular moisture or some dryness in partial shade. Average garden soil to well drained. May be slow to start in spring so be patient! Good bee plant.
