Impatiens omeiana 'Ice Storm'

Exciting new cultivar of hardy perennial impatiens! Deep green leaves on compact 6-8” tall plants are overlaid with silver speckling that glows like ice frosting in the shade…forms spreading clumps eventually 3’ wide…plenty of 1” long flowers, creamy white with butter yellow curly spurs mid summer to fall. Rich, moist soil & bright shade are preferred.
