Hosta 'Gemstone'

Another superb Tony Avent introduction, a cross of Hosts venusta x Hosta ‘Dorset Blue’ resulted in a small, happy, vigorous clump of powder blue leaves 5” tall and twice as wide. We think this one is a real gem and a stunner! Slugs and snails don’t seem to like it much. Hummers will buzz he lavender summer flowers held above the leaves. Bright shade, decent soil, regular moisture.
