Hebe pimeleoides ‘Quicksilver’

Evergreen shrublet, 12” tall spreading to about 18”.  Tiny leaves of glowing silver are dense on contrasty black stems.  Pale purple flowers are an afterthought.  Full sun to part shade, well drained soils, some summer water.  Will cascade a bit over a wall…makes a bright small scale ground cover…accent, edging.  Has been reliably hardy here in the PNW where other Hebes have not!
