Diplazium wichurae

8-12" tall, arching fronds of glossy deep green with purple bases create a colony of stems spreading to about 4' in five years...seems happy in the Pacific Northwest, but is from E. Asia. Give this nice soil with decent drainage, consistent moisture, part shade to moderate shade (will take some sun in cooler areas). Nice cut in arrangements.
