Terra Nova intro of this smaller, tetraploid version of one of our favorite plants! Reminds us of variegated mini palms (hence its common name of ‘Palm Sedge’) with spiraling leaves creating mounds 10” tall and a bit wider resembling sparklers.  Brightens up a lightly shaded area, woodland edge or pondside 365 days a year with next to no maintenance. Enjoys regular moisture in average garden soil. Plant a bunch as a ground cover!
