Carex 'Ice Dance'

Award winning foliage plant, this sedge is a spreader and will decorate and light up your woodland floor! With bright white edged leaves to 12" tall, this moderate spreader will grow even under 'less than ideal' conditions – it will compete with tree roots as long as there is sufficient moisture in part sun to shady environments. We grow it with our hellebores, acanthus, larger hostas and ferns. Moist to wet soils, also nice at pond edge! Mostly evergreen. Deer proof.
