Carex elata ‘Bowles Golden’

One of our favorite sedges – this fine leafed evergreen is lime during the summer months, transforming to glowing yellow gold during the winter and spring!!  Punch it up a notch in spots that get morning sun to light shade (summer)…summer water, soils with decent drainage. This plant shines beneath wintry gray skies! Deer resistant.
