Begonia hemsleyana

Rare and unusual begonia from the Yunnan, China! Pretty pleated foliage is spotted with silver…on stems 12-18” tall mounding to 2’ wide. Pink flowers in summer and fall dance over the leaves. Endemic to moist, shaded environments; light shade is ideal. Also performs admirably in containers…all of our resources indicate this plant is hardy to Z8.
