Saxifraga nipponica ‘Pink Pagoda’

This is a ‘hefty’ saxi that is a little tougher than others in this genus; nice ground carpet of rounded medium green leaves spreading by surface stolons on long “strings” from the mother plant. Pretty pink flowers on 16” stems in April are quite showy. Enjoys morning sun to bright shade in nice, mostly moist, well drained soils.
