This Chinese analogue of our ‘Oregon Grape’ deserves to live in your woodland garden! Slowish growth rate to 4-5’ high & wide; handsome evergreen foliage has dark green uppers with flashy silver unders. Showy frothy sprays of rose red flowers accented with yellow interiors August – September top the stems and are followed by blue fruits. Any soil with decent drainage, regular moisture to dryish, sun to nearly full shade.
