Lysimachia paridiformis var. Stenophylla

Pinwheels of pointed, evergreen leaves create mounds of dark green to 10” tall and 24” wide; central clusters of golden yellow flowers in late spring. Well behaved perennial for well drained soils, sun in the north, part shade elsewhere, consistent moisture.
