(Willow Gentian) Two foot mounds of graceful, willowy foilage; late summer to fall blooms on arching stems are large, mouth dropping, cobalt-blue trumpets.  Full sun only in cool summer climates, afternoon shade elsewhere; well drained, organically rich soil with consistent moisture.
