(Leopard Plant)  The round shiny leaves have also given rise to the common name “tractor seat plant”. Grows in a loose clump 24” tall and wide. Daisy-like yellow flowers 1”– 2” across in autumn and winter. Likes moist, humusy, organically rich, well-drained soil. Part shade to full shade. They prefer moist soils that never dry out. Thrives in woodland gardens, grows along ponds or streams. Nice in shady borders and large containers. Mulch to protect.
