Epimedium pinnatum ssp. colchicum

Lovely, tough species from Persia… spreading mounds of glossy foliage topped with bright yellow starry flowers on 12-16” stems April May. Prefers loose, organic acid soils but tolerates dry, difficult sites as long as there is good drainage. Will take dry shade and will compete with roots. Part shade to full shade!
