Dryopteris filix-mas 'Parsley'

If you use your imagination and squint at the dark green, crinkled, congested fronds, there is a resemblance to parsley. Forms a tight, deciduous clump to about 2’ in part shade to shade in moist, well drained soil, will take some AM sun. This fern has an elegant formal appearance and is easy to grow. Nice as a single specimen and en masse.
