Datura wrightii

Wowser!  Tough perennial makes a lovely mound of bold, silver-blue leaves 3’x3’, crowned in summer by large white bell, FRAGRANT trumpets that unfurl with a touch of beige (had a pot on my deck and I would watch these guys open every day!).  Takes HOT sun, dry soil, neglect – or happy as a garden specimen or potted too!  TOXIC.
