Colchicum x agrippinum

Rarely offered bulbous treasure, fall blooming, one of the most heavily checkered Autumn Crocus in violet-rose hues. Hybrid of C. autumnale and C. variegatum forming a nice little patch 3-4” tall.  Non-flop small blue-green leaves emerge early spring and are dormant before summer. Naked flowers emerge early fall. Critter proof.  Sun, decent soil, occasional summer water (but takes more with good soil drainage).
