Cheilanthes sinuata

Gorgeous silvery fronds 8-12” long are evergreen and spread slowly where happy.  Well drained soil on the alkaline side, dryish conditions in sun to part shade, protect from winter wet (under dense conifers, beneath eaves, against dry walls).  Perfect for rock gardens, alpine troughs, stone walls and crevices.
