Wider leaves than most Carex form evergreen clumps of arching foliage 6-8” high and twice as wide.  Fluffy spikes of PINK starburst flowers on 10-12” stems in June>July attract pollinators.  Best in morning sun, most moist soils; Hinkley collection from Vietnam.
