Campanula poscharskyana 'Blue Gown'

Delicate looking, tough little perennial from Serbia…3-6” tall, slowly wandering (not invasive) perennial weaves its way through other plants creating a lovely carpet with toothy, crinkled edged, dark green foliage topped with BLUE star flowers with glowing white throats June to September. Sun in cool climates, part shade in hot areas. Enjoys decent soil with regular moisture.
