Aucuba japonica ‘Shilpot‘

 (Pepper Pot Aucuba) Aucuba is a GREAT evergreen shrub for the shade!  This baby never goes out-of-bounds as it grows slowly to 3’ high and wide with lovely, glossy foliage peppered with teeny-tiny yellow sprinkles. Thrives in most soils with at least semi-regular water in the dry season in the shade (no sun on leaves)… even full shade.
