Arisaema concinnum

(Chinese Cobra Lily) Late emerging stems in late May-June rise 2-3’ and are topped with a single, large horizontally held leaf divided into 7-13 leaflets.  The white and purple striped pitcher flower emerges alongside the leaf with a long tail extending from the top of the hood.  This species spreads by stolons and creates a nice patch quickly. AM sun to shade, well drained organic soil, moisture while growing.
