Abutilon ‘Twister’

This Abutilon megapotamicum hybrid from Monterey Bay Nursery is tough & hardy like its parent, forming a patch of arching stems 6’- 7’ wide and 3’- 4’ tall decorated with copious amounts of red-orange dangling bells May>November that cause hummer feeding frenzies! The petals have a bit of a twist and resemble twirling skirts. Protect from hottest sun, fertile soils, regular moisture, try it in a large hanging basket!
