Peucedanum ostruthium ‘Daphnis’

Gently spreading perennial ground cover; crisply edged in cream, the silver green leaves rise 6-8″ topped with white umbels of Queen Anne’s Lace type flowers to 18″ in early summer (great for cutting). Consistently moist, humus rich soils are best and protection at least from the hot afternoon sun will make this underused beauty happy. This is not the invasive Bishop’s Weed (which it resembles) but a lovely, well behaved woodland creeper.
