Glumicalyx gosseliodes

(NODDING CHOCOLATE FLOWER)  This South African perennial subshrub creates a mound of foliage about 8-10” tall and twice as wide with narrow, pointed foliage hugging semi-upright stems.  Nodding clusters of chocolate scented flowers orange and white flowers in summer are adored by hummers (maybe they like chocolate too!). Enjoys a sunny position with very good drainage with regular moisture (but not wet), at home in rock garden;  deer and critter resistant.
